P-51D Mustang Fighter Planes |
One of the most famous fighter aircraft of World War II, the P-51 was built to provide an advanced, long distance, high altitude fighter. By the end of WWII, over 14,000 P-51s had been build in different variations, the most common being the P-51D.
Tonkin Replicas has paid homage to three of those planes, each celebrated for their achievements in battle. Live Bait, Bettye Joe IV and the Shangri-La are all reproduced in 1:72 scale with great attention paid to the graphics of each fighter.
