Tonkin Replicas is proud to introduce a new 48’ trailer to the Signature Series lineup.
The previous trailer entered into an honorary retirement after years of service providing high quality fleet graphics for some of the world’s largest fleets. A very popular trailer selection due to its attractive price point and solid design, it will be replaced by a new and improved 48’ trailer that utilizes a more up-to-date and advanced set of tools.
The new trailer will feature a choice of a simulated rollup or simulated swing door on the back and come as either a dry van or refrigerated van.

New options will also include a true spread axle configuration or the traditional closed axle positioning for the trailer wheels. In addition, the side panels of the trailer can be either smooth sided or come in a variety of rivet patterns.
These trailer improvements have already proven popular, with some of the best names in the freight industry including SYSCO, Yellow Transportation, and FedEx taking advantage of the new tooling.
